Notary Public Fees
New Jersey law authorizes the following fees for notarial acts:

 Taking an acknowledgement – $2.50 per signature
 Taking proof of a deed – $2.50 per signer
  Executing a jurat – $2.50 per signer
  Administering an oath/affirmation – $2.50 per person/signer

New Jersey Law authorized the following fees for REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS: For administering oaths, taking affidavits taking proofs of a deed taking acknowledgments of the GRANTORS (Sellers) in the transfer of real estate, regardless of the number of services performed in a single transaction to transfer real estate the fee is $15..

New Jersey law authorizes the following fees for REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS:  For administering oaths, taking affidavits taking acknowledgements of MORTGAGORS (Homeowners/Buyers) in the financing of real estate, regardless of the number of services performed in a single transaction to finance real estate the fee is $25.

Service Areas – Convenience Fees
I serve Atlantic Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and parts of Ocean and Salem counties.  I understand that our clients have busy schedules, which is why I offer mobile notary services. I come to your home, office, or any other
location that is convenient for you. My goal is to make the notarization process as easy and stress-free as possible. I understand that your time is valuable. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy schedule. Whether you need me early in the morning or late in the evening, I am here to help.

Travel Convenience fees:
$50 for up to 10 miles
$60 for 11 – 20 miles
$70 for 21 – 30 miles
$80 for 31 – 40 miles
Call for pricing over 40 miles.

$25 additonal for notarized documents to be dropped off at FedEx, UPS, and/or DHL locations.

Travel fees are convenience fees; they are separate from the fees charged for notarial acts.

Extraordinary Circumstances: All travel fees are subject to additional fees during inclement weather, unusual situations, and anything that might require the notary public to make an extra effort or spend more time traveling
to or from an appointment, such as during blackouts, rush appointments, etc.

An additional $50 convenience fee will be added to travel fees for any notarizations that take place after 9:00PM.

*If you need a witness for your document there is a $25 witness fee. *
